Conference fee

Conference fee (190 EUR) for the conference is kept minimal. It covers:

		access to all sessions (21-22 September 2006);
		documentation files;
		lunches;
		refreshments during break periods.

The conference dinner (35 EUR) is not included in the conference fee. If you would like to attend the dinner, please do not forget to registrate. Advance registration is required!

Registration form

Participants are requested to register in advance by filling in and returning the registration form.

These forms should be completed by either typing or writing in capitals.

Please note that only forms that have been properly filled in will be accepted.

Please complete one form for each participant attending the conference and, if necessary, make a copy for your colleagues.

Confirmation

When registration forms with correct payment are received, the conference secretariat will send each participant a letter of confirmation. Please note that it is obligatory to forward us the receipt of the bank transfer, preferably by fax (+30 28210 35001) or by email (confer@maich.gr).

Terms of payment

Payment should be made in advance, clearly stating name of participant.

Registration is only valid after payment.

Cancellation of registration and refunds

By August 15th, 2006            Full refund minus 35 EUR for a handling fee

By September 1st, 2006        60% of the registration fee will be refunded

After September 1st, 2006     No refund

The conference secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the conference.

Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, post or email any changes to the registration secretariat:

The conference secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10 EUR for any name change in the registration.
