How does it work?

The WORKS Questionnaire database provides access to an international selection of organisational surveys and includes links as well to organisation surveys as to the questions that are currently used in these surveys. Via queries you can make your own selection, suited to your specific interest. Questions can be selected using different concepts related to work organisation and restructuring. There is a link from each question to the survey where it comes from.
